ive been looking for ages but cannot find anything on how to install it and were to download it from carnt find it on the fiat website any links would be much appreciated

The Fiat SMS Reader download link is dead. Try this one:

Apparently the Alfa one is the same:

Yeah, seems that all the Fiat Blue&Me SMS Reader links are broken. Anyway, here is the Alfa 159 SMS Reader link (page 8). It's the same as the Fiat.
