Memory Low?

Hi Folks

Very new to Blue and Me and I had a message come up on the dash stating MEMORY LOW. Any ideas as to what this refers to. Had a scan through the manual but couldn't see anything obvious. Would it refer to the EcoDrive thingy which is switched on just now but I haven't really looked into it in much detail.

Is it a second hand car? if so, the data from the last owner might be there. You should be able to delete all user data from the menus and start fresh with your own info...

If ecodrive is installed it could well have filled the internal memory if you havent popped a cleanish USB stick in recently.

Nip out to the car, with an empty USB. Start the engine and listen to the radio for 5 minutes. Knock off the engine, take out the USB and re-start the car. Does she still say shes out of memory?

If not then B&M has copied all the ecodrive database out of its memory onto your USB stick.

If your not too interested in ecodrive you can say "ecodrive off" and it will deactivate.

Will give those a shot. The car is used so I presumed that there would be stuff kicking about form the last owner. Now I know how to get it off though.
