ok, my maths are really playing up today so i need help

If i did a two mile run at 12.50 minutes how fast would i have done the 1.5 miles of that? i know it wont be 100% accurate but i would like to know...?

if that's 12 and a half minutes then

1.5m = 9min 22.5secs

if that's 12 minutes 50 secs

1.5m = 9min 37.5secs

yes my english are playing up too!

For the TA, we were training at the weekend and our OC took us on a run, i was so disheartened thinking it was 1.5 miles and i did sh*t but then we realised everyone did sh*t and the OC said he cocked up and miscalculated the run

haha, yea i know that now, he also said we could lie in till 6 then go for a run, he came in and wokeus up at 5am cos he had been in france and forgot to change his watch or something lol, so we were up at 5 and running instead

I used to emjoy them not........ the real killer for me was a Cft oh happy days ......not, and thats right what sabre said about ruperts hehehehe.

yea, the cft is horible!! i did a 4 mile one the other day, got a 8 miler at the end of april

Hi Seb,

Well i was in the royal green jackets 86-90( now disbanded) which was part of the light infantry.
I never once regretted it it was the best time of my life. I guess its all a bit changed now from when i was in. I still do miss it. we used to get the job done and have a good laugh along the way.
worked with some right characters, as they say the army brings out the best and worst of you !!
one thing i will say if you can afford get yourself some "gucci" kit coz most of the issue kit is errr not very good.
How far in are you on your training?
