Technical Marea's Timing is out

Hi

I've got a 99 Diesel Weekend Marea and the mechanic that changed the crank shaft pulley has knocked the timing out. I've got to get the cam belt and 4 emissions diesel injectors replaced (whatever they are). It's difficult to start and blows a bit of smoke......well actually it's loads, for the first 10 minutes.

Does anyone know of a reliable and reasonable mechanic in the Romford / Essex area that is ok with Diesels ?
