Technical Marea E.C.U. swap

Hi ,my old marea is now about ready for the great race track in the sky, and i know where i can get another one at the right price. Now my old car has got both blue keys, and the red one. The other car only has one blue key. I was wondering if it was possible to change the ecu, locks etc, to fit the other car, and if so what sort of a job it would be. Thanks in advance. Pete.

I think theres a code box well behind the clocks I might be wrong but I can remember seeing it somewhere.

O.K., thanks for the replies, just thought it might be worth a go, as my marea is going to the scrap yard, and i would have removed the bits if it was worth it.
