marea condenssor

Hi guys has anyone had there condenssor changed on a marea weekend mine has a leak and needs replacing is it a big job. i use coolaircon for re-gas the system but they no longer fitt them in my area i live means i have to go to my local garage

I changed mine on my 2.4jtd thinking it was causing a rattling noise but turns out it wasn't the problem.

was a pain in the arse getting it out due to one of the bolts being really long and hitting the side of the engine bay when trying to remove it, got there in the end though. Took me about 2 hours playing around to get it out and a new one in.

If you want I can see if I still have my old one and postage £ = yours? (it is quite heavy.
Don't know if it works as my air con pipe is snapped and never had it working in the first place. oh, and its from a 2.4jtd so don't know if it will fit

My marea is a 2.4jtd 99 as well i had a leak in one of the corners of the condenser that was 2yrs ago i can get new one for £90 but have to get a mechanic to fit it and re-gas the aircon.
