Technical Marea 2.0, 20V Error code

I have an Error that comes up when I turn on the ignition it says error C1 anyone any ideas. I have phoned the dealer he thinks it could
be somthing to do with the air con system

Yes it is probaly a fault with the automatic heater not aircon. A dirction flat motor is probaly broken
