Technical Marea 1.9jtd 110 sx thermostat

I have a Marea Weekend 1.9JTD 110SX on a Y plate.

Could anyone tell me the location of the engine coolant thermostat, or even supply a picture. I need to get it changed but there seems to be many variants for Marea's. Praying that it's not hidden behind any belts as some other manufacturers do.

its at the back of the engine above the gearbox bell housing - you need to remove the battery to get access to it..

Sorry. Cars temperature is always low and also swings around depending on outside air temp/engine speed etc. Dashboard guage never really gets above 1/4. Doesn't get too toasty inside the car either so would suspect stat rather than instrumentation.

my 110 jtd y plate is not as warm as other cars either hence me asking why the thermo question mine is all ok regarding your probs but the lack of total blower heat sounds the same as yours..keep me posted fella..
