Does anyone know how to do this? cant be that hard. was thinking it might work if you used a nice piece of acetate and scanned the original dials into computer as a template and edited and printed it on some material that blocks out light and then cut out the areas u want light to come from? Must be quite easy to do

Quite possibly, i would see why not so long as you have the equipment to carry out such a task as rental or purchase of such things would turn out quite pricey in comparison to purchased/pre-made ones.

Thanks Chris! Saves me writing that all out again!!

I guess you could do something simple with acetate, but it would probably look quite homemade, plus you'd need to back it with loads of layers of frosted film to diffuse the light otherwise you'd just see the innards of the dials! (I saw that on a Beetle once it looked pretty cool, but I dont know how good it would look in a Bravo!)

Anyway, here's how my homemade ones turned out, but did take a professional vinyl cutter and about 45 minutes to assemble!
