use original source shower wash with grit in it, the cocunut one, moisturises your skin like baby oil does.
BOGOF at morrisons and 97p a tube at tesco's, so bargainous too. I bought one of every type from morrisons (96p each) and ended up with two of the cocunuty shower wash as its really nice.
