Lowering again????

Ok, i want to lower my car 40mm, do i need dampers or can u just get springs, they have these for the brava;

Are they ok, do they come with dampers or are they just springs?

thats just springs, and i'm fairly sure you could get Spax stuff cheaper. you wont NEED dampers just because your lowerin, but if you've done more than, say, 50k on the current ones, or your car is gettin old (most of them are now) then perhaps its not such a bad idea to get them replaced at the same time. It'll cost ya about the same again (about £110) to replace all the dampers with new gas ones plus a wee bit more time fitting

If you buy a set of springs/dampers, the springs are already fitted to the dampers

That way you would not have to pay someone to fit them, its an easy DIY job.
