Technical Lowered marea problem

Finally got the marea lowered today. Only had the springs kicking around for 8 months. Looks great seems to handle aswell, but when I hit a bump (doesn't need to be big) with the offside rear I seem to get a knock come banging sound!
Anybody got any ideas as to what this is?
Should I be worried?

you need to check the rubber on top of the spring is still there and seated correctly, and try rotating the spring so it looks the same as the other side.

O.K not quite soon as but just got this sorted. Turns out the top bush on the shock absorber was not aligned properly. banging has stopped and rear suspension seems to have stiffened up a fair bit aswell.
