For those of you not wanting to fork out literally not that much money on a decent set of lowering springs, try turning your A500 into a van by folding the seats down and loading it up with stock! Worked for me! On a serious note, not only did it look better lowered at the back, it actually drove better with more weight at the back, less bounce too. The front looked a little silly though, too high!

I agree with you on this one Draig. I have a window cleaning business - no ladders - hi-tech poles and pure water. When I am loaded with all the gear and water, the 500 drives superbly (from a comfort point of view that is). Wouldn't like to try a track day with all that gear on board though!!!!.

If the new suspension gives this level of ride without loading it will make such a difference. My high speed driving days are long behind me (although I do have the odd moment when driving alone in the quiet hours!) and a quiet comfortable journey is more important now.

Good thinking Batman! My sport's due towards the end of September. No doubt it'll go relatively free stuff from for a couple of weeks before it ends up full of gear for my personal training business. I may well have found a new home for my weights:)

For the money you'd spend lugging your weights around when you didn't need them you could buy some decent springs :p
