Styling Loud Stilo Exhaust oh yes!!!

Anyone here actually know where to get hold of a new exhaust in the UK for a nice loud purrrr. Tried usual places but not had any luck, even LES SMITH have nothing and they are about as commercial as you get.

If anyone even knows of any place that does custom jobs with reasonable prices let me know.

My car is on its way but is a factory build and prob wont see it till october :-( SIGH

I have a custom stainless steel fitted by Longlife and it sounds great you can pick the sound you want.

Cost me £250 including fitting .

Where abouts did you get it done? in the UK? im in the south near brighton? Would love to know where and how much even if its in a silly far away place in the UK as i would drive up and camp for a few days while it was done

Ninja, go get yourself a copy of Max Power or Revs from the newsagent, there are millions of companies in there to call who specialise in performance exhausts amongst other things.

Fiar Stilo Abarth 3dr. Loden Green, Beige Leather, Sky Window, Cold Climate Pack, 17" Alloys, CD Changer, 260w 8 Speaker Stereo. Anticipated Delivery Mid June (oooh it's July now and guess what?.....Still waiting!

just some news for you. I have an exhaust fitted to my car as I've told you.

Car went in for it's 24K service and since then it's been idling badly. Car has been back to the dealer for a full day since then and they can't find the fault.

Also they tell me I am correct the car is not ticking over correctly.

And guess what, they now blame the exhaust for the problem!

Saying it must be a pressure problem. what a load of crap!

So I have two choices now.

1) Remove the Exhaust to see if the problem is resolved.
2) Live with it!

I'm find that Fiat dealerships have not idea how to fix abarths..

Starting to look for another car.

Darrell read your reply about Longlife. Emailed them for a quote, came back with £350. Can you shed any light on their prices.

I phoned the dealer in Cardiff and I was given a price of £250 which is what I paid.

Also it depends on what you want fitted, I only had the back-box changed and a new tail pipe.

I suspect the quote was for a full kit from CAT back. I was given this quote the first time as well.

I suggest you ring the dealer.

What's good is that they can make it sound what you want.

I've got mine sound nice at tick over not to loud and when you pull of it sounds sweet.

The abarth when you down change revs and this sounds great when you had an nice exhaust fitted.

And I love nothing more than pull up to traffic lights and down changing should see people look..lol
