Took the cinq out for the day yesterday and was perfectly fine on the motorway.
Coming off the motorway as I had changed down the gears I seemed to have lost a lot of power upon accelerating and the tone of the exhaust was horrendous.
It drove home ok with lack of power it felt quite boggy and as if it was being restricted
I have put it on axle stands to inspect the exhaust and check for any leaks (there's an ever so slight hiss from the cat to center section on the join but hardly noticeable. )
Checked the leads and searched for any air leaks around the engine. Has any body had a similar issue or have any advice?
I really wouldn't want to miss brooklands and hope it's just something simple.
It's a 1.1 sporting. Thanks.
