General Loud Buzzing when lights are on

I have a really loud buzzing noise (you can hear it inside and outside the car) when the lights are on.. any idea what this could be or how to stop it?

Could be the motor in one of the lights, it changes the level of the beam. One of mine seems to do it when its really cold. There are some guides on here on how to change the motors, can be quite pricey if I remeber correctly.

Think that buzzing will be the headlight level motors, if they get nocked from the cogs on the back of the bulbs they can keep turning even after you switch on the lights. Its as if they dont know to stop leveling the lights!
