Technical Light flashing please advise me what relates to!!!

Hello, had my ECU repaired, now fires on 4 cylinders, but a light keeps flashing, looks like a tap, and is orange.

Is THIS the ECU light that means phonic wheel learn needs doing? Would try but have problem with high revs at the mo so car sticks on 5000rpm..

I think it's a standard light but really need to know if phonic wheel learn may cure.... cheers
