Technical LHD M/home wiper linkage-Possible Retrofit RHD linkage?

Bought new RHD wiper linkage very cheap and plan to use wiper arm bush/spigot on my LHD 2001 Ducato motorhome.. anyone done this or ideas?

Alternatively has anyone swopped over RHD wiper linkages onto LHD ducat???

Will it not also require a RHD scuttle as the holes for the wiper arm spigots will be in the wrong place?

Ray... the motorhome is an old A class.. not sure what this adds to the build quality but it a hand built fibreglass and aluminium front end /body. There is no scuttle as there is on a conventional van. Two holes in fibreglass for wiper arm spigots to protrude. Reason for replacing the linkage is wear in one of the spigots to move forwards .. causing underside of wiper arm to brush the bottom of screen..
