Re: Re: Lexus Style Clusters

i take back my comment in the thread about people searching for the topics before they post a new one!

No there are none. lol

Re: Re: Re: Lexus Style Clusters

even if they were for sale, just say no. Drugs and Lexus Style lights on a Bravo are bad mmm-kay

Re: Re: Re: Re: Lexus Style Clusters

Can we have a big note at the top of the Forum that Lexus style lights:

a) only look good on a Lexus (sometimes)
b) look sad on Golfs/Saxos/etc
c) Are not available for Bravo/a so don't ask

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Lexus Style Clusters

As soon as I saw this post this morning I knew he was in for trouble.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Lexus Style Clusters

Its getting such a common question and lexus lights do look poo. As rear lights go the bravo is not half bad!

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Lexus Style Clusters

well lets face it, the bravo rears were fairly unique until good old ford skanked them for the mondeo! Then jag took the idea and cane up with their version, now everyone copies it! lol

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Lexus Style Clusters

a bit like being stupid enough to put anything made of fibreglass in your car ;)

I had an almera when my clutch was replaced

It was a 1.4 i think although im not sure - it was terrible - rolled 1 HELL of a LOT - suspension was sooooo soft - gear box was slack (i could get it into third gear with the stick up to 3 inches difference in possition!)! Seat was uncomfortable - it was slow and as you can tell i was generally not inpressed - although i was tempted to knick the gear knob (that was beautiful)!

Almera's - Burn them - Burn them all

Re: I had an almera when my clutch was replaced

I must admit to have a bit of a loathing for the Almera! I think it was the original advert, where they try to persuede you not to want one - I didnt take a lot of convincing! Then a friend bought one and we used to go to the footy in it - oh the shame - and that was a 1.4, a truly horrible car to look at, sorry Sy!

BUT there is a saving grace for all Almera owners, yes thank to Nissan again, they made a car that makes the Almera look exciting - up the Primera! That has to be the dullest most unimagantive car ever produced, except for maybe or or two of the other older Nissan saloons!

There is one thing that they missed to make the package the most woefull piece of crap ever - it hasnt got what are now known as Lexus style lights!

How can a manufacturer of cars like the 240Z, 300ZX TT and the 200SX Turbo make cars like the Almera! Truly awful!

Re: Re: I had an almera when my clutch was replaced

My old man has got a p reg primera SRI. i must admit the styling is awful and the interior is soooo dull, but it does have about 130bhp(i think) does about 135mph and handles really well for such a big car. and i think the GT version is 150bhp. oh and he's had it for about four years, its now done 70000 miles and not one single thing has ever gone wrong (touching my wooden desk!!)
