The diesel beast. Cleaned and given a quick polish yesterday, hoping to get a proper clean this week - T Cut, and PROPER polish. See what difference it makes.

It has it's own built-in antique though - a radio casette!

It's being removed. Need a pug to uni adaptor and it'll be minidisc and changer'd again - I cant work out if MD is more old skool than casette (obviously on technical terms it aint, but in looks....hmm)

If I find time this week I'll give it a FULL wash. TBH I had to polish panels in between clouds yesterday, and I know i could do better if I have time & a dry day to work with

The pics flatter the car to be honest.

Theres a bit of rust on the arches, but its early enough/light enough that I can try and deal with it if I want. You dont really notice it anyway, and for the age of car its minimal.

Im not updating hubcaps. Unless I can get a set for free I'll splash dosh on something else

It's getting a filter & oil change this week at some point, and the Brava will be moved for the first time in ages.

haha ive actualy blown one of those engines up diesel pistons went through the head on it hahah was some funy sh!t that day exhaust also fell off at the manifold then it sounded like a real diesel

Ok, quick update.

After speaking to a mate of mine whos pretty handy with cars, it seems most likely I've shot a break pad after all. Another job for the weekend, if I'm feeling brave :lol:
