k tesco are askin a fair whack for 14" wheels on my cinq my alarm made no difference and im on about insuring the system on its own when i finally decide to buy it cos i rekon they will sting me for it any ideas for body kits and engine chips and what sort of price for a 22 yearold bloke with 0 years NCB and 0 experience (i ride a bike "faster than any cinq" hence y i have 0 years experience)

Alarm wont make a difference if any to your insurance im afraid, when you say system do you mean sound system as i beleive with tesco you are already covered upto £500- £1000 HTH

What you have to watch with ANY policy is that ye syou may be covered for £1000 ICE but if you read the small print its £1000 or 10-15% of the value of the car whichever is less!

I think alot of companys as lets face it they aint gona give out £1K on iCE if the cars only worth £1500! Check your policys guys! You can always get extra insurance from a 3rd party company.

Yeah you can get specialist insurance for ICE, so you work for an insurance company do you?
