i thought my LED popped its clogs the other day so i bought another one thinking the led itself was screwed, i connected the new one up and it still doesn't flash when the alarm is armed, i've checked both lives going into it and one is the 12v constant and the other shows about 9v when the alarm is armed, any1 know what could be the problem?
