Technical led bulbs?

Hey everyone just though id post this question as i dont remember reading anything about this!

Does anyone know?- or has done a conversion to twin fillament L E D for the day lights on the fiat 500?- if so is there a link to a product thats a straight swap with no mucking about! just sick of the faffing about required to change these bulbs and was hoping that if this is possible they might last a bit longer! and save me the trouble!. cheers all!

No, in a nut shell, don't bother with the blue colour versions or led, just buy Osram or Bosch bulbs and accept the yellow colour they last a considerable length of time having tried the blue white standard ones that last anywhere between 10 mins and a month I went back to standard

To be honest i was not trying to get more light or change the colour just trying to get a logger lifespan to save al the faff of changing the blinking things when i next buy some i will get the bosch ones and see if it makes any difference!

In theory LED's ought to last much longer. I'd have changed mine by now if it wasn't so damned awkward to get in there! Having said that my car's coming up to 11 years old and neither original DRL has failed so far.

mines twelve years old and i have changed the left one three times in 16 months you and yer blinking dry weather eh!!!
