Quite easy to replace. Two quick release fuel pipes and two electrical plugs to disconnect, then the whole filter housing lifts up out of the V shaped bracket.
These filters usually leak due the the cap not being torqued up correctly in the the tool used for changing the filter. If your housing is not damaged or cracked then buy a tool off eBay and fit a new genuine filter AND sealing ring, and torque the cap up to 30 Nm. Make sure you fit the cap back on in the correct orientation, best to mark it before taking apart.
If there is a problem with your filter housing, then let me know, as I have a brand new one I no longer require.
