As i said hopefully the lst ice qyestion or at least for a while anyway well a some of you know ive been trying to build a half decent system and that means amping everything subs,comps,mids so i have got a power distribution block and running 4gauge into the block and then 8 out to the seperate amps ive added up the total of the fuses on the amps which is 70amps so what fuse do i need to get to fuse the wire next to the battery. cheers all Danny

you won't need a 70 amp. if i were you i would do trial and error, put smaller fuses in until it blows one, this way you will have maximum protetction.

The fuse at the front is purely to protect the wire NOT to protect the amps. Amps have their own fuses.

Get a 100A fuse up front.

The highest fuse that i can find is 80amp would this be to low or do know somewhere i can get it from cheers boys.
