Hi,

i've got this alarm in car,

and there was this remote controller with keys

now I switch on the alarm unit (on-off lock on main unit), alarm is working, but the remote controll not - Iam pressing the button and nothing happened - when I open the door on car, alarm starts roaring. LED diod on remote is normally blinking, I also check the battery inside with contacts.

So Ive got different remote control unit, or where's the problem?? Is there any way to make it working together ??? or U know some irish dealer to make new control unit???

I was writing directly to laserline IT about some documentation and nobody replied..

Yes, its second-hand car. Now I also noticed that there's some "Sikura" sign on remote... :idea:

Hm, let it be, but it's a pity to leave it in car unused..

i was thinking about but it's working allright, seems to be, and there's no any leakage on battery or some corode contacts - I think it's not a battery problem..

laserline will cut you new fob or send out fob for you to cut/prog yourself.

No laserline UK.You provide serial number obtained off the alarm unit & they send out remote with code number.This number coincides with copper tracks inside the remote that you cut to suit....either that or they will do it for you

I already sent them an email, waiting for answer. Iam in ROI, is there any branch in ROI also ??

And do you think that this old remote could work with alarm?????
