I need to replace an area of 20 square metres, kitchen / dining room. Has anyone had this kind of work done recently, if so what is the going rate for professional flooring people to do this? The cost is actually being covered under an appliance warranty because my dishwasher emptied all over the floor AFTER it was 'repaired'. I want to buy the flooring myself as I have seen a certain one I like so I just need to know what the going rate is for fitting it so I know if the quotes I get are reasonable. Thanks.
