to compliment my sei Not leaving you all lol

I have provisionally bought a 1995 cinq sporting in "pink". Not tax or test, and holes in the rear arches, but that will all be welded up, full serive, and then stuck in for a test to see what else fails.

66K and seems to run fine. Bit tatty and messy, poor paint, and a filled in rear quarter, but I only really want it as a second run about at the moment, so i can spend a bit more time on the sei. Then it will be stripped an become a mess about car :slayer:

Used to be James 100hp's old car on here.

May do a few little mods. It already has 50mm springs. I may mckritch, 75 cam and get a different exhaust fitted to it.

Pics will be uploaded over the coming weeks. Haven't got any for now.

Here's a few shots of James at work, one of the side of the car, and one of most of the rust cut out. Will get a good treatment and protection once it's done, so hopefully it won't come back

That hole is for weight reduction

It's not on the road yet, but, yeah, you may see me in it. If you haven't seen me in the sei thought, chances are slim you will see me in this as well.

I rarely miss a cento. It's probs a yellow cinq or a yellow sei, or possibly another black sei?

'tis the plan, then once sei is done, the cinq will be the track car. Psoting ideas now is silly, don't want to start a dreamer thread lol

No fixed plans at the mo, saving first. Will ahve some kind of forced induction, but other thatn that, no real plans yet.

In that case if you for FI on the Sei then you should leave the Cinq as std as possible as you will need at least one half reliable car

I think a proper FI job will be reliable, but that mens custom pistons, rods etc. I'm not doing that so yeah, the cinq will be the reliable one. Maybe a noisy exhaust, messy looking with tinits, as it certainly won't be fast. I may just stick the megasquirt on it ffor laughhs though as I have one lying around.

I got 2 spare megasquirts a v3 and 2.1 . I keep looking at them and thinking i should have some fun. if i get bored in the holidays I might stick one on an old chines pit bike 2stroke engine i got down the garage and see what revs it goes bang at (end of the crank is snapped off so its useless)
