KOSEI RG SILVER 17"!! Where can i get 'em!?!?!

Does anyone know where i can pick up a set of SIVER 7x17" Kosei RG Seneka's. Supposidly, Andy Hutchinson on "other peoples cars" has a pair but when speaking to a few shops they don't exist. You can only get them in 16" or a sort of dark grey - titanium finish not Siver.

Does anyone know where i could get a pair because im not to sure about those Titanium ones
