My one and only key is looking a little well worn. I'd like to get a spare, but given the state of it any spare cut would be a bit shoddy too.

Anyone know where I can get a key cut from the code? I assume the code is the one printed on the key F X X type thing?

Also, is it normal to have a different key for the engine cover than the doors/ignition or has a previous owner replaced the engine cover lock on mine?

At least if you get a new one cut there is less danger of it snapping off in the lock.

Sounds like the engine cover or it's lock has been replaced at some point - the same key should open all locks.
