KEY PROGRAMMING - BRAVO 1.8 HLX

Hi

Battery has just gone in my blue key so I have replaced the battery but now the central locking button isn't working. Car starts and everything else is ok.

I haven't got the red key is there another way of reprogramming the key so the central locking button will work again?

Central locking aint got anything to do with the imobiliser - its is linked to the in car alarm .....

I guess the alarm is not gonna be working either then, I am having to manually lock the doors at the mo.

Do I need to get a full key re-progam to enable the key to function the alarm and central locking then?

I heard somewhere that it's the contacts in the key itself that have a tendence to break, I think that there is a thread on this site that tells you about, if I'm wrong please correct me.
