key code needed.......where do i find

my red key will not deactivate my code so my car won't start. I do not have the emergency code which can by entered using the accelerator pedal.
Does anyone know how i can get this code???
Do i contact Fiat (ireland) or who?

Also my red key only has a little thing inside it, i though the red key was a fancy electronic decoding device.
