key code help please

the key code light is stuck on the dash and the car wont start.iwas driveing down the road and the car just cut out.now it wont start.anyone had the same problem.

Is only the key code light on, or any other ?
Try it with a difrent key or with the master one - if that fails - you will need to enter the code using the gas pedal
