Just registered here to say hello and follow FCA inherent topics.

Recently my mother purchased a previously owned fantastic 2016 500L Trekking 1.6D Multijet, which in these days I try to update, as all the software/firmware/maps are frozen back to 2014/2016...

I'm an IT technician, almost 30 years+ in this field...

The first VC2 upgrade to VP2_CO_12.00.24.01, and subsequent VP2_CO_13.00.57.02 were as easy as 1-2-3, but I cannot understand if the following are fully compatible or is my radio which is strangely in the need of trying the procedure as much as 7-8 or also more than 10 times before it starts recognising that the USB key is in.

I'll try with it when I'll have time.

I hope that TomTom Maps will update as well, I put them on the USB-key just this morning, waiting to meet my mom (she's a turbo-granny!!!) and having the loooong time necessary to end it.
