I just got a 90 60S 3 door carb model, I havent had an uno for a while, the last one was a 91 45 Spark about 10 years ago which I loved but my brother wrote it off just after passing his test!
This ones got 48,000 miles, mother & daughter previous owners & a full (VERY full) service history including £800 worth of recepts in the last 8 months!
However, its not running very smoothly, its got crap economy & the performance isnt as good as my old 45.
I`m already assuming the carbs on its way out & its taking its time when warming up, so a new thermostat is in order.
The clutch is a tad high & is stiff, so i`m assuming the slave cylinders about to pop.
Bits wise, has anyone got a good 1100 carb, a headlining (with the basic pop top sunroof) & a NSF wing knocking about? I`m in N London/Herts.
Also, has anyone tried bike carbs on the FIRE lump?
