General Just bought a 500 1.2 pop.

Hi everyone, I've just bought a 12 month old 1.2 pop. I didn't go out to buy one but it was too cheap not too (£5995 with 7500 on the clock), plus, the on the test drive it was a nippy little thing. Now, don't laugh, but I have come from a Subaru Impreza, so power is a little down on what I'm used to. Anyway just thought I'd let you all know I'm here, I hope to join in on a few threads in the near future and I've read a few good ones already.

Welcome to the Forum, hope you find it interesting. Not to worry about 'Trading Down', I traded in a Merc. Sport for a Twin Air Lounge and am now on an Abarth 500 and no regrets.

I moved from an Alfa 156 V6 to my TA lounge, and it's just as amusing in different ways. Don't regret the choice at all, I've never owned a car as long as I have the 500 - and that's a good thing for me!

The shortest period I've owned a car for is a few days

That's a keen price, and perhaps a sign that the cracks are starting to appear in what have thus far been rock-solid residuals on 500's.

I've never owned a car for that short a time, but I am known for changing a lot too. It's definitely amusing, the looks I get driving it, 6 foot 2 man in a creamy white little 500, that's some funny looks.
