JTD timing belt

Anyone on here changed a jtd timing belt? If so, did you use the locking tools and what sections do they lock, is it just the cam and do you know if the cam sprocket is spring loaded? Mine is due for renewal and having changed may belts on petrol engines, both 8v and 16v, including grales, im sure it cant be much different. I assume the crank, cam and diesel pump have adequate markings!?
