JTD not starting

Hi All,

bit of a problem with my brava JTD.
First thing in the morning it will not start easily.
This has done this every morning now for about a week , the only way to get it started is a squirt of "easy start". I,m thinking the glow plugs might be on their way out?
I have never seen a "glow plug" light come on on the dash, is this normal? In other diesel cars i have owned/driven when you first turn the ignition key it glows for about 5-10 seconds but not in my brava.
Anyone got any ideas ???

Im pretty sure the glow plug light wont come on if you have dead glow plugs. Replace them anyway and then let us know.

Well, the old adage"start em on the easystart and you will never get 'em off it"

try testing the glow plugs before changing the full set.

Many thanks for your comments advice/etc.
What reading should i get across the glowplug?
Also is there a fuse for the glowplug circuit?

You could test them the old way, remove them and test them with a pair of jump leads. If they got hot they work, if not, then they're dead.
