Found a Nice JTD Bravo for sale, its only £4500 and is very low milage and has airbags everywhere, leather seats and looks complete fantastic. Lovely colour. Only prob is that the cars for sale in Brussels, so i maybe going abroad and having a look and if the price is right i'll end up buying it and bringing it back over to the UK.

i know how rare these cars are over here in the UK especially this car with all the goodies and toys.

Re: Re: Re: JTD GT Bravo

I really liked the car when i 1st saw it. Im after a JTD but cant find a decent one anywhere theres only those bloody SX's around, HLX models are non existent on autotrader and everywhere else.

I know its a pity about it being Left Hand Drive but i guess i could have it converted if i buy it or just live with it.

Whats the BHP that Nige can tune JTD's too? Will it be faster than a Punto JTD, Bravo/Punto HGT and or not?

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: JTD GT Bravo

£4500 is still a lot considering it is a LHD

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: JTD GT Bravo

You think its alot of money? Oh, why? Its a MK2 Bravo 1999, only got about 17,000 miles on it, the car looks mint, just a shame the steering is on the wrong side. But would come in handy if i go abroad in the car. LOL

I'll be ringing up about the car this week, i have been told i need to declare the car at customs and i will need to pay numerous fees once i put UK plates onto the car. I just hope it doesn't work out too expensive.

You will also need to change the lights over, both the front and the rear. You may also need to change the speedo, although I am not sure if that is legally required.
Your insurance will rocket - I know, I have a LHD car myself!
That is a neat looking car, although I have never liked the "Rucked Elephants Undercarriage" interior though lol.
Post tuning the JTD can be a lot more powerful and quicker than the HGT, you just need to learn to drive it correctly! We do mild, medium and mad tunes for them ;) in the regions of 130, 145 and 175bhp if required

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: JTD GT Bravo

That's the same interior as my HGT and that's a MK1 !
