General italian car and bike day

I know it's still decidedly wintry, and this is not till August, but it's an annual event in Scotland.. anyone been before or going this year? Looks like a nice day out, weather pending!

I have been there for the last couple of years. A really good day out. Very well organised too. If anyone else is heading north to this, please give me a shout as I'd love to travel up with others.

There's also Scottish Italian Car Day in a couple of weeks time, in Fife - just over the bridge from Edinburgh. Doesn't seem to be as well promoted as the August event though.

Glad the Italian Car Day has finally got a nice venue and I hope their day goes well....might even give it a go myself. As Steve said though there's nought as grand as Hopetoun House and this year looks every bit as good as previously. How far are you travelling Barch?

Hi Stevo, don't think I'll make it to Cupar, but planning on Hopetoun House in August I'm in Edinburgh, so it's a short drive, eh. Looking forward to seeing some other Barchettas.. in over a year of ownership, I've never once seen another!

Also be warned that the McDonalds you refer to will be very busy as it sounds like the whole Ducati club meets there and the Moto Guzzi guys also!! Don't be worried they are a good crowd and the banter is excellent. See you there
