ISO lead

Hi, Ive got a 2001 punto, will i need a iso conector lead to fit a sony stereo, replacing my standard radio??.

sorry i missed this thread,yes you do need a lead on pretty much all cars.only one i havent needed one on is with kenwoods in vauxhalls.
beau if your going to give advice either make sure its right or say you think.charlie probably has a new stereo and fascia waiting fro an iso adapter now

I've got a little yellow connector left over, any idea wot its for? Its got about five wires in it, its in a block with a green and blue connector, they have no wires in them.:bang:

have you got a little control stick on ur steering column? it could be for this if you have one. was it plugged into the original head unit?

is that not part of the code system on the OEM headunit?
