Is this worth doing?

Just surfing around the web looking for nothing in particular, when i came across a webpage about modding a Bravo.

Would you 'gain' anything from doing this?

Yup, that works quite well. The danger is overheating the cat though as the exhaust gasses will be MUCH hotter.

Also the lagging stuff is murder to work with and makes a mess of your hands... My MGB has a lagged exhaust as it was causing the fuel in the carbs to boil without it.
