to pretty much turn a 1.6sx in to a hlx? i wanted the front fogs and heated seats, can it be done, any ideas how?

yes easily done, you just have to go around the scrap yards or search ebay for a hlx thats breaking. as for the heated seats best just fitting them yourself-

It really isnt too hard to do, its just a bit time consuming and fiddly in places
as for the fogs I think all you'll need is a hlx bumper (not hgt unless you put the wings on too), relay and switch panel

Yes.
Chances are the relay is already in place. All you'll likely to need will be the wiring loom for the bumper itself (plus obviously the bumper and lights). Oh and the switch for centre console.
My 1.2 is now HLX spec with the exception of the engine now
So yes its certainly possible.
