Thus being my 3rd Uno, I'm just curious how come the speedometer needle is not set at level with the "o" on display, this not being the case with the FIRE/MIA models here in South Africa. Is this the same case elsewhere in the world?

My panda is the same, i think its likely to be poor assembly or calibration. Just remeber you have 3mph more!
