We ordered our 500 Lounge just 19 long months ago two wrong cars later and we finally take delivery on the last day of 2014.

Bella as we call her is a series 3 C 85 hp TA with Dualgic, paddles, leather and 16x6.5 rims.

...and she is great.

Has anybody else had to wait longer for a factory order? And, unlike us, did you eventually get the car you ordered?

Looks amazing! Nice combo of roof and colour. Inside pick yet? Bet you had that number plate a while!!!

Stunning! Worth the wait :)

The consolation is a discounted May 2013 price plus free leather, upgraded wheels, bonnet spear and floor mats. And FIAT gave us a free TomTom, but the car has no slot for it.

Congratulations! Haven't heard from you for so long I was beginning to think you'd given up. Love the bonnet spear.

The spear is a nice detail. We were being quite because of our feelings for FIAT after the second wrong order. Anyway we are all fine and delighted now.

Love the leather colours... Hadn't seen it like that before. Makes me want this one more! The spear... I had to zoom in on phone is an interesting touch but I'd have to see it in person to appreciate it I think.

If you don't want the tom tom I'd happily put it in my holder ;) lol

We've got the same 16" alloys on our 1.2, they look great but are a serious pain to keep clean, especially getting to the back of every single spoke... They weren't even the alloys I ordered, which turned out to be the only mistake on the order, and not one worth hassle over. We should have had the larger 'petal' design.

Wishing I'd ordered the TomTom 68R port as well, and not listened to the dealer who said it wasn't worth it - turns out our Go 6000 would have fitted with little effort :( Leather was too much of a stretch as well, another regret!

Saying all that, we did get £200 in a gift voucher from Fiat due to our car sitting at the port in the UK for two weeks whilst the dock monkeys forgot to load it on to a transporter to London. So not bad!
