not showing up as Being on the road as far as ican see,

have a look on freecarcheck.org it shouid tell you when the road tax expired,

Unfortunately it's been unlicenced since 1997, so unless it's tucked away somewhere it's long gone I'd think

It's blue according to the DVLA though?
