Is Eper broken?

Is there a problem with eper, as i cant get it to open on any of my pc's

Its been like that for a few days, but its because its sucking up bandwidth (i believe thats the problem).

yep it gets turned off when it uses up too much bandwidth. an error page will be made soon to say when it will be back,

I got mine via P2P - but that is now archived on the FTP site, so can be downloaded quite quickly, all you need is IE or smartFTP or something.
