Ipod Issue

I Have the blue&me system in my G.P. I changed all the songs on my Ipod so they would work in the car, and they all worked perfectly until last week, i can now only get one song to play and its constant, and its a pretty rubbish song. I haven't changed any of the options, or changed anything on the Ipod.
Has anyone else had this or does anyone have an suggestions at all. Please

From other peoples answers I think it has gone to loop on. press your window button and say "loop off"?
