Grande Punto Intro - Back to my teenage years

The eldest lad has just bought his first car - 2006 Punto 1.2 8v 65 Active and I'm sure forum members will know exactly what one of those is (I haven't got a clue!). Anyway, I'm fairly spanner confident as my hobby is breaking and fixing British motorcycles. So, seeing as the lad is likely to do the breaking bit I thought I'd better join a forum where I could tap into the collective knowledge of the experts and learn how to do the fixing bit. From my quick scoot round the forum there seems to be plenty of threads and loads of practical advice and, in advance, thanks for your help.
