Technical Intermittent power loss

Got Ulysse 2.2jtd eleganza auto. suffering intermittent power loss on decelleration but power surging at lights or standstill,unless auto drive in neutral or park, when it idles normally. Black clouds of smoke when engine picks up again. Lasts for about 8.5 miles then all ok again. This now happens every 255 miles or so, usually preceded by temp monitor showing a 4 degree drop for a few miles, plus only happens in cooler weather, above about 19 degrees never happens. Had new air flow meter fitted, also been into main dealer had diesel additive and regen carried out, although car never left workshop for regen, and warning message still showing. Any common denominator between temp and power? If car is driven above 60ish power loss not noticeable. Anybody any ideas please.

we have got the same problem, our car judders and jerks as well , we also had a new lift pump fitted but we still have got the same problem ,
